Gluten Free Bread Mix SfornaGusto is ideal to make bread with the bread machine.

Bread Mix is lactose and milk free.

In every package, you can find 2 packets of dried yeast (5 gr).

*500g of Bread Mix and 1 packets of dried yeast (5gr) are ideal to make 1 kg loaf of bread with bread machine.

Note:
To create a loaf of bread, ingredients are measured into the bread pan in a specified order (usually liquids first, with solid ingredients layered on top) and the pan is then placed in the breadmaker. The order of ingredients is important!
